In the third quarter of 2009, YEIDA launched its first residential scheme. Around 21,000 plots were allotted through a draw system in multiple sizes, with the majority being 300 square meters. Recently, Yamuna Authority has also allotted 300 sq. meter plots in Sector 18 – Type 1, adding to the growing demand and investment potential in this region.
